But it's okay, cause I did it on purpose!

After finally acquiring some mp3 encoding software for my computer, I have uploaded all of my Shambhala solo material to my music page at www.myspace.com/shambhalamusic - including four brand new songs that were just completed this weekend. The music player is now completely maxed out, with almost an hour's worth of material between six songs. Note that the songs "Arrival" and "Rhythmorphosis" have been combined into one track in order to meet the six-song limit. All the tracks are now available for download.

Shambhala discography:

Shambhala (2005)

1. Introspection (10:51)
2. Arrival (8:38)
3. Rhythmorphosis (2:37)

The Ever-Becoming (2008)

1. Dawn Of The Equinox (11:16)
2. Inner Sun (8:59)
3. Aurora Divinorum (6:33)
4. Radiance (7:12)

I hope you enjoy the fruit of my one-man band. It's a lot of work making music this way, but it's also a lot of fun.

Sorry it took me this long before I could listen to your new music. I'm really digging it though--I enjoy the variety in guitar tone, vocal methods, and rhythmic percussion. So...when's the next one out? Wink J/K. I agree--there is a lot of work put into it when you're a one-man band, but at least you have no one to argue with except for yourself. I'm still trying to get my one-man (or should I say "one-Mage") band to work...it'll happen! Keep going--it rocks! Thanks, Mage - that means a lot coming from a music major and fellow metalhead musician! I hope you can get some new songs finished this year, too! And you know, if it wasn't for you pointing out that there was a new version of Sndsampler, I'd probably still be trying to figure out how to convert my aiff files to mp3's right now! It's so simple in version 6, though, you just Save As.. mp3, then choose a bitrate and add your info tags. It makes me wonder why they didn't have that feature in any earlier versions.

Also, I realized that people without myspace accounts can't download the tracks from the page, so if anyone reading this would like a free CD of both albums (and higher quality aiff audio files) just message me your address either on here or at forcetheedges@alltel.net. Thank you for supporting extremely underground, do-it-yourself music!
